Fundraising and Donations to Community Partners
Community Partners is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We provide services to over 500 individuals of all ages in their homes and in the community. Although we are funded through various state and federal programs we still need your support to help individuals achieve their personal vision. All donations are used directly to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
