The Adult Outpatient Program of Community Partners
provides office based behavioral health services to adults and their families. We offer
a comprehensive array of services for a variety of personal issues and life
situations including:

Abuse & Trauma
Stress Related to Medical Health
Interpersonal Relationship Issues

Psychiatric Evaluation, Consultation and Medication Management
Psychological Testing

Access to 24 hour Emergency Services
Referral to Community & Other Agency Resources

Community Partners offers services to all residents of Strafford County and, in many cases, to those who may reside outside of the county. Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, and many other health insurance plans cover services at Community Partners.
